Aslinda yogurtlu corba pirinc ile yapilmakta. O yuzden benim burada tarif edecegim biraz Erzincan corbasina da benzemekte. Ama dedim ya, kucuk degisikliklerle o kadar farkli isimler almakta ki. Neyse bizim evde hepsi de aninda tuketilmekte. Bu tarifin ozelligi de icinde hem nohut, hem de kofte olmasi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Malzeme:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr kiyma, 200 gr nohut, 1 kasik un, 1 yumurta, 1 bardak yogurt, 200 gr eriste, nane, 1 kasik salca, 2 kasik tereyag, tuz&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Yapilisi:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kiymalari kucuk kucuk kofte yapin. Soyle bir kasiga 4-5 tane gelecek sekilde.Buzdolabina koyup 2-3 saat bekletin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nohutlari (ben konserve kullandim), aksamdan islatip, sabah kaynatip, suyunu suzup, kabuklarini cikarin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bir tencereye 4-5 bardak su koyun ve kaynayinca icine kofteleri atin.
